Paradise Bar Events

They were fantastic from the minute they all arrived to set up to the display and service and kindness throughout the entire event. Drinks were spot on and they presented such a beautiful ambiance for the party. I appreciated all their help and time and work. They killed it and would definitely use this company and tthis staff again. Cheers!

I work at an art gallery located here in LA and we use Paradise Bar for all of our events. They provide great service and are super easy to work with. Always professional, prompt, and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We used Paradise Bar for my brother's 250 person wedding and had a frustrating experience. Leading up to the wedding day, they were stellar. Jody, who I communicated with prior to the event, was extremely attentive and responded quickly and throughly to all my requests for info and changes to the menu. I sourced 7 other bar catering quotes, but her communication won me over and I advocated to use Paradise Bar expecting the quality of the services to match what I was getting in the pre-wedding communication.

But on the day of the wedding they showed up to the venue without alcohol and called the coordinator as we were taking wedding photos to ask where it is. The coordinator came to me to verify and I frantically pulled up the contract which clearly states we were paying for them to provide alcohol as well as services and specifies clearly want liquors on the first page of the agreement. Turns out, it's common practice among bar caterers to contract out the day of services and there was a miscommunication between their contractors that's resulted in this pretty sizable oversight. We were not told in advance they would be contracting out. Fortunately after talking with our coordinator the contractors recognized their error and were able to get the alcohol and brands needed by the time the reception started, but they were carrying on cases of alcohol as we were walking into the church and was unclear if it was all there. It created a lot of stress which shouldn't have been there.

The presentation of the cocktails was less than advertised on the Yelp photos. Nothing elevated, which was what I was under the impression we were paying for. They also didn't do any bar top decor like in the photos either. They were also supposed to pass out a champagne toast and never did. There was a huge back up at the first bar as the reception began and rather than redirecting the guests to a second bar, they just let this line form for a long while, during which a second bar stood open in the other room. It was pretty clear they were trying to reduce their alcohol use and not do that pretty basic step to yell out from behind the bar about the second station.

If you look on my profile I have never given a low rating to date. I don't like being this person when someone's business is on the line. But this was a big disappointment on a very important day and I wish I had known more about the true quality we would receive which is why I wrote this negative review. They came through in the end but not the quality they advertised and not without creating a big stressor for me on the day of. In the end I felt like I let my brother and his wife down by advocating to use Paradise Bar.

We used Paradise Bar for our wedding at the Lombardi House and we couldn't have been any happier. They have a gorgeous setup and extremely yummy cocktails! Our bartender was so into her work and her cocktails were a real highlight of the evening.

I am a wedding planner and recently had my own wedding, and I was determined to get the best bar, because we all know that makes a wedding!

I had not previously worked with this company, just found them online and sent a message. Joy wrote back to me very quickly and anything I needed or wanted they were able to accommodate. There setup was just as gorgeous as the pictures they sent me and the bartenders that worked my wedding were AMAZING. And when we had our final walk-through, they were one of the only vendors I had that was 100% on top of things.

Not only were they great and had a nice set-up, but there prices were so reasonable and they had no problem working out deals with me. And literally when people talk to me about the wedding they ALWAYS bring up how friendly my bartenders were and how great the drinks were. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will refer all of my clients to them from here on out!

I had my HS reunion and booked the bartender through Paradise. they were FANTASTIC. Got me the best quote of all the places I called. the bartender was one of the best. I was worried about having only one bartender for 60 people, but he was flawless. A+++

From the start my party planning committee and I were super impressed and happy with Paradise's service. Mitch got us all set up with great accommodations and a price to match for a party of 100 that needed an open bar catered.

Our bartenders Kile and Gary were wonderful - super friendly, professional, accommodating and on top of everything. They had the bar and specialty drinks ready to go early, which proved beneficial when our group swarmed them upon arrival.

One unfortunate situation was when they ran out of vodka and got low on ice and beer. Although we might have been willing to make due, it forced one bartender to run to the store, leaving the other to fend for himself and a huge line to form at the bar.

All in all, everything was wonderful. We'd totally book Paradise again - I'd even consider it for my own personal events.

We hired Paradise from a friend's referral for our New Years party. Aaron and Ricky took care of everything! They were professional, courteous, fun and made super creative and tasty drinks! They cleaned up everything afterwards and our guests really enjoyed them. I would gladly refer them to anyone looking for a bartender! We will certainly be using them again.

This is my 3rd time using their services and once again my event went off without a hitch. Their bartenders are great and so are the drinks. Also their prices are some of the best around. This time I had a last minute venue change that could have been very problematic but they were able to accommodate the change which I was very grateful of. I will keep coming back.
